The OSD Media Department is a collection of three amazing individuals dedicated to serving the ever growing technology and accessibility needs of the Oklahoma School for the Deaf. We believe that with the right tools there is nothing that canít be accomplished.

Jason Hargis is from Sulphur and has been a part of the OSD family for generations dating back to his grandparents who worked for the school in 1948. He graduated from Oklahoma State University Okmulgee with honors, majoring in Information Systems. Jason has a vast skill set that includes deaf technology, content captioning, media creation, network systems to name a few, but his greatest passion is innovation.

Erin Hargis is another local from Sulphur and is relatively new to the OSD family. She graduated from Oklahoma State University Okmulgee with honors, majoring in Information Systems. While working for the University Technologies Department she found her calling in programming, coding, webpage design, and database development within the school.

Elaine Gullioz is known by most if not all of the OSD staff. She began working at the Oklahoma School for the Deaf in 1991, primarily as a residential parent. Most of the staff here today were once under her care. Recently she has joined the Media Team and manages the publication, design, and production side of the department.

The collection of these three individuals Maintain the Oklahoma School for the Deaf systems, Educate staff and students on their use, Develop new techniques and strategies to assist in the educational process, Integrate new technologies for the betterment of the campus, and ensure that Accessibility is never an issue.
